Building Your Team

At the heart of Munevar & Associates are the project teams that consist of a principal who serves as the project coordinator and a mixture of associates and analysts that have intersecting experience and expertise relevant to given projects. Project teams are designed to be dynamic and flexible, with specific teams individually developed for project needs.

Associates

Within project teams, associates serve as analytical focal points and solution generators. With guidance from the principal, associates will act to bring together key data, relevant academic and industry research/source material, to work towards the development of solutions and implementation strategies that best realize client needs. Associates will be drawn from both the academic as well as the industrial life science arena. Associates will bring not only technical expertise and insight to a given project but also critical thinking and analytical skills.

Analysts

Analysts work closely with associates in support of project teams and serve to provide data acquisition and dissemination resources. Under the direction of associates (and principles), analysts will work towards identifying and distilling vast amounts of research information and source material in support of project team needs. Further, analysts will be important contributors to the solution generation process lending their expertise and experience to the creative process.

Advisory Network - Our Technology Development and Commercialization Think Tank

The advisory council will serve as an additional resource supporting the efforts of the president and project teams on an as needed basis. The emphasis of this organizational strategy is to focus the resources in terms of expertise, experience, and physical resources towards the dynamic project teams while maintaining a clear line of communication from the teams back to management (and through management to key collaborators and all support staff).

Technical and Logistical Support

Holding it all together will be the technical and logistical support team members. Having the necessary tools with which to solve complex problems goes hand in hand with having the right people. Together the technical and logistic support team work with project teams to ensure that the most current and effective computing, research, and analysis tools are at the ready to overcome project challenges. Further, these groups works at all levels of the company from management to project teams to ensure that client needs are met with the highest level of professionalism, accuracy, and expediency.

Ultimately, the goal of our organizational structure is to maximally leverage all of the resources available to project teams while maintaining a direct and effective command and control structure that employed together will serve to yield a high rate of project success, satisfaction, and client return on investment.
